Welcome to The Etiquette Center of Dallas ("The Etiquette Center of Dallas," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, registering for a class, enrolling in a program, attending an event, scheduling a consultation, downloading resources, submitting a form, or otherwise participating in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION

Enrollment is not guaranteed until registration has been completed and payment has been received.

The Etiquette Center of Dallas reserves the right to refuse enrollment, discontinue participation, or remove individuals from any program whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the learning environment.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

All tuition, fees, deposits, and program costs are due according to the payment schedule provided during registration.

Payment plans may be offered at the sole discretion of The Etiquette Center of Dallas.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.

Returned payments, declined transactions, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in immediate removal from current and future programs.

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable.

Tuition, workshop fees, consultation fees, event fees, and program payments are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management and as required by applicable law.

Missed classes, vacations, scheduling conflicts, illnesses, transportation issues, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

The Etiquette Center of Dallas reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, reschedule classes, postpone events, or cancel programs when necessary.

If a program is canceled by The Etiquette Center of Dallas and cannot be rescheduled, a credit or refund may be issued at the Company's discretion.

4. ATTENDANCE

Participants are expected to arrive on time and actively participate.

Certificates of completion may be withheld if attendance requirements are not met.

Missed sessions may not be eligible for make-up instruction.

5. STUDENT CONDUCT

The Etiquette Center of Dallas is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment.

Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from a program without refund.

Participants are expected to demonstrate respect toward instructors, staff, guests, facilities, and fellow participants.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

By registering for or participating in any class, workshop, event, consultation, coaching session, or program offered by The Etiquette Center of Dallas, you grant permission for photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, testimonials, comments, likenesses, and images of participants to be captured and used by The Etiquette Center of Dallas.

Such materials may be used for:

• Marketing

• Advertising

• Social Media

• Website Content

• Printed Publications

• Promotional Materials

• Educational Content

• Public Relations

No compensation shall be owed for such use.

Parents or legal guardians registering minors acknowledge and agree to this media release on behalf of their child.

7. EMAIL COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By submitting your contact information, registering for a program, attending an event, requesting information, scheduling a consultation, or downloading resources, you consent to receive communications from The Etiquette Center of Dallas regarding programs, services, events, reminders, updates, and promotional opportunities.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

8. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT

By providing your mobile phone number through a website form, event registration, consultation request, class enrollment, downloadable resource request, or other interaction with The Etiquette Center of Dallas, you expressly consent to receive informational and marketing text messages from The Etiquette Center of Dallas.

These communications may include:

• Appointment Reminders

• Registration Confirmations

• Class Updates

• Event Notifications

• Program Information

• Customer Service Communications

• Promotional Offers

• Marketing Messages

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. APPOINTMENTS, CONSULTATIONS & SCHEDULING

To respect everyone's time and ensure the best possible experience for all participants:

• Please arrive promptly for all scheduled consultations, classes, workshops, coaching sessions, and appointments.

• If you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.

• Late arrivals may result in abbreviated appointments or missed instruction.

• Missed appointments, repeated cancellations, or repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges at the discretion of The Etiquette Center of Dallas.

The Etiquette Center of Dallas reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or instructor availability.

10. DRESS CODE & LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

At The Etiquette Center of Dallas, we believe presentation influences confidence, behavior, and the overall learning experience.

To help create a respectful and professional environment, participants are expected to adhere to the following dress guidelines.

Acceptable Attire

• Dress shirts

• Polo shirts

• Sweaters

• Blouses

• T-shirts in good condition

• Jeans

• Slacks

• Dress pants

• Shorts, skirts, skorts, and dresses that are knee length or longer

• Appropriate business casual attire

Not Permitted

• Clothing with holes, tears, or excessive distressing

• Sleepwear or pajamas

• Hair nets

• Bonnets

• Exposed midsections

• Shorts, skirts, skorts, or dresses more than three (3) inches above the knee

• Clothing displaying offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive language or imagery

• Attire deemed unsafe or excessively distracting to the learning environment

Participants who arrive in attire that does not comply with these guidelines may be asked to modify their attire before participating or may be denied participation at the discretion of The Etiquette Center of Dallas.

Our goal is not perfection, but preparation. We strive to create an environment that encourages confidence, professionalism, self-respect, and respect for others.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, videos, downloads, worksheets, guides, branding, logos, trademarks, graphics, educational materials, and program content are the exclusive property of The Etiquette Center of Dallas.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, recorded, or shared without prior written permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation in any program, class, workshop, event, consultation, or activity is voluntary.

The Etiquette Center of Dallas makes no guarantee regarding specific educational, social, academic, personal, professional, or financial outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Etiquette Center of Dallas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in its programs, services, events, website, or materials.

13. MINORS

Parents and legal guardians enrolling minors represent that they have legal authority to do so.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration and emergency contact information.

14. WEBSITE USE

Users agree not to misuse, interfere with, disrupt, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the website, systems, content, or services.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

16. MODIFICATIONS

The Etiquette Center of Dallas reserves the right to update, revise, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our website, services, programs, or events constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
